Paycom - ATS in Tampa is seeking a housekeeping team member to maintain lodge and shelter areas, wash and manage linens, and keep common spaces clean across the facility.

The role supports daily operations with shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., weekends possible. Candidates need little or no formal education but must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• No formal education or experience required.
• Six months experience performing general housekeeping duties OR an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Requires ability to read, write, and communicate in English and meet attendance requirements.
• Requires ability to perform physical housekeeping tasks and continuous walking/standing.

Responsabilités

• Cleans lodge/shelter dorm areas and sanitizes common spaces including dining areas, bathrooms, dorms, and laundry rooms.
• Collects, washes, folds, and stores linens; maintains inventory of shelter linens.
• Empties trash cans regularly and maintains cleanliness of grounds.

Job Details: Job Location: FLA-Tampa Area Command - Tampa, FL 33602, Position Type: Full Time Regular, Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.75 Hourly, Job Category: Property, Schedule/Hours: Schedule will vary between both shifts – 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. Weekends may be included.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleans lodge/shelter dorm areas; collects, washes, folds, and stores linens, ensures inventory of all shelter linens
• Cleans and sanitizes common areas of the shelter and administration office, including dining area, bathrooms, hallways, computer lab, dorms, laundry rooms, breakrooms, meeting rooms, and entry ways.
• Empties trash cans regularly, collects trash from grounds.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Ability to meet attendance requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.
• Ability to exert the physical energy required to performing housekeeping work.
• Ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, and climbing
