Job summary

Arrow Senior Living Management is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for the Vitalia North Olmsted community in North Olmsted, OH. The full-time shift runs 7:30am–4:00pm, Monday through Friday, at 29801 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted.

You will provide cleaning and housekeeping services to create a warm, comfortable living environment for residents, while adhering to safety and health standards. Compensation aligns with a competitive hourly rate and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English literacy at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Physical ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull a housekeeping cart.
• Criminal clearance.
• Health screening and TB test as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping services to residents to keep areas clean, comfortable, and home-like.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas from lobby to staff spaces to ensure order and tidiness.

Housekeeper pay range: $15.75 - $26.25 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

7:30am to 4:00pm

We are looking for someone (like you)

• Make Each Room a Home: By providing housekeeping services for residents, you make each area a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live.
• Be the Master of the Mise enScène: From behind the scenes, you ensure each area, from the lobby to the employee break room, is tidy and clean, with everything in its place.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You shall have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You should be professional in appearance and conduct.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
• Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
• You must be criminally cleared.
