Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a compassionate Housekeeper for Laurel Grove by Barclay House to maintain clean, safe, and sanitary environments for residents. The role supports seniors with a warm, respectful approach and requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

The successful candidate will perform routine cleaning of resident rooms and common areas, using proper chemicals and equipment, and will contribute to a comfortable, resort-style atmosphere for our residents.

Qualifications

• Caring attitude and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Desire to work with seniors and flexibility to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility is clean, safe and sanitary.
• Clean resident rooms, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators and stairways.
• Properly use chemicals and supplies per procedures and state requirements.
• Operate and maintain equipment and dispose of trash and hazardous waste.

We are currently looking for a Housekeeper for Laurel Grove by Barclay House

Primary Responsibilities of the Housekeeper:

• Responsible for to assuring that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
• Performs routine cleaning of resident rooms, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators and stairways.
• Utilizes the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure and state requirements
• Uses and maintains equipment properly, transports trash and hazardous waste to appropriate disposal area and replenishes supplies as required.
