Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking team members for evening housekeeping roles in Northeast Florida. You will help turn spreads down, refresh amenities, and prepare guest rooms to our 5-Diamond standards, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable stay for every guest.

This position offers a $500 sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, company-provided uniforms with dry cleaning, resort discounts, and training opportunities within a premier resort.

Qualifications

• Requires strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and moving around guest rooms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for guest interaction and service.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Turn spreads down over foot of the bed and prepare bed for new guest.
• Turn pillow, arrange HBO guide and remotes on the bed area.
• Turn bedside light and radio on for guest comfort.
• Refill ice bucket, place glasses, coffee and napkins.
• Close blinds, adjust drapes, and ensure correct a/c settings.
• Replace used towels, robes, and bath mat; re-stock amenities.
• Empty ashtrays and wastebaskets; keep bathroom clean.
• Tidy bathroom and arrange toiletries on vanity in the powder room.
• Leave a polite good-night note with mint and breakfast menu.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Turn spreads down over foot of the bed.
• Pillow turn up, sheet corner pulled back. Place TV remote and HBO guide on turned down corner of sheet.
• Turn bedside light and radio on.
• Refill ice bucket, place glasses, coffee and napkins.
• Close blinds, draw drapes, and check air conditioner setting.
• Replace used towels, robes, and/or bath mat.
• Ashtrays and wastebasket empty and clean.
• Bathroom straightened, to include wiping out tub, re-pointing tissue, and replacing used amenities. Toiletry articles placed on wash cloth on vanity in Powder Room.
• Card or good night wish left with mint and breakfast menu on nightstand.
