Job summary

American Campus Communities is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain student housing properties and amenities, ensuring a clean, orderly living environment for residents. Qualifications

• Assist in maintaining clean and orderly shops, storage areas, and back-of-house environments, ensuring all supplies are organized.
• Other duties, as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a critical part in maintaining an ACC student housing community. In this role, you will clean and maintain the property, including amenities, to enhance the living experience for our residents. Job Responsibilities

• Clean the property to standard, including vacuuming, mopping, and trash pickup.
• Vacuuming, mopping and/or shampooing floors in resident rooms and common areas.

• Assist in property turnover process.
