Hotel housekeepers play a vital role in maintaining this standard, creating a memorable experience for guests through attention to detail and care in preparing and maintaining guest rooms. This position is essential to ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction, making it a key role in our hotel operations.

We are seeking dedicated individuals with a keen eye for detail to join our Housekeeping team. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to grow into supervisory or management roles, such as Housekeeping Supervisor, Manager, or Executive Housekeeper, based on performance and experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction during their stay
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Keep work areas organized and stocked with necessary supplies
• Properly utilize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities
• Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of assigned guest areas
• Change and inspect linens and towels daily, adhering to the Green Program standards
• Follow safety standards and report hazards such as broken glass, frayed cords, leaks, or suspicious persons
• Respect guest property at all times
• Care for equipment responsibly
• Arrive on time, follow schedule, and accurately record work hours
• Maintain a courteous, helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisor
