Job summary

The Waterford at Wisconsin Rapids, part of Sonida Senior Living, seeks a Part-Time Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents. This role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to make a meaningful difference in daily care.

You will work approximately 15 hours per week at $17.00 per hour, with paid training and opportunities for professional development. Join a supportive team and help residents feel at home.

Qualifications

• Has previous housekeeping experience; senior living, healthcare, hotel, or similar experience is a plus
• Reliable and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments and common areas according to schedules
• Perform housekeeping and janitorial duties throughout the community
• Complete minor repairs and other tasks as assigned
• Monitor supplies, chemicals, and equipment
• Log and follow up on janitorial and repair requests
• Provide laundry services as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment
• Deliver friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and staff

What You’ll Do

As a Housekeeper, you’ll play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, safe, and welcoming home for our residents.

• Cleaning resident apartments and common areas according to established schedules
• Performing housekeeping and janitorial duties throughout the community
• Completing minor repairs and other tasks as assigned
• Monitoring housekeeping, laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment
• Reporting supply needs and helping maintain appropriate inventoryLogging janitorial and repair requests and following up to ensure they are completed
• Providing laundry services as needed
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment throughout the community
• Providing friendly, respectful, and exceptional customer service to residents, families, and team members
