Job summary

Holiday Inn Express - Wilmington Medical District is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to create clean, comfortable guest rooms and public areas. You’ll work in a fast-paced hotel environment, following safety and cleaning procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, dust, vacuum, and restock room supplies.
• Ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
• Follow proper cleaning and safety procedures.
• Work closely with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments.
