Residence Inn - Wilke-Barre is seeking a hotel housekeeper to manage room turnover, clean and restock amenities, and ensure brand standards before guest check-in.
Collaborate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and front desk, maintain supplies, protect guest privacy, and interact with guests in a professional, friendly manner.
Residence Inn Housekeepers handle all aspects of room turnover, ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to Brand standards prior to guest check-in. This includes removing and replenishing room linen, restocking guest amenities, and managing additional housekeeping tasks.
Responsibilities include communicating with the Housekeeping Supervisor and/or Manager and the front desk team on any damages or deficits in the room, equipment inadequacies, and guest requests. Must be customer-oriented and handle all guest interactions with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
Physically capable of standing for long hours.
Pay: $15 per hour.
