Carroll Lutheran Village, Inc. in Westminster, MD is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

The role entails daily housekeeping tasks in accordance with facility standards and infection control procedures. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with every other weekend required, along with a competitive total compensation package including health, dental, and vision insurance, disability and life

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience working in a long-term care facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, empty trash, and sanitize high-touch surfaces.
• Clean specialized areas, including bathing facilities and utility rooms.
• Assist with room turnover and guest room preparation.
• Support housekeeping needs throughout the community as needed.
• Safely operate housekeeping equipment and supplies.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures.
• Participate in required training and perform other duties as assigned.

Join our caring, mission-driven team as a Housekeeper at Carroll Lutheran Village!
