Responsibilities
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following safety guidelines.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and report issues.
- Follow infection control policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
- Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude and effective communication skills.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
- Ability to lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks and work around cleaning products.
- Follow oral and written instructions.
- Residency within the service area required.
