Primary Duties:

• Perform routine guest room cleanings and meet labor standards.
• Assist guests with hotel amenities and services to enhance their experience.
• Help with laundry duties and communicate maintenance needs.
• Follow emergency procedures to ensure safety and security.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders.
• Performing tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods.
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
