Job summary

Senior Lifestyle in Briarcliff Manor, NY is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am–4:00 pm, at 25 Scarborough Road.

Salary is $19 per hour; training provided; you will help prepare empty apartments for move-ins and respond to resident needs, while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• No experience? We will train you.
• You must communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant action.
• Ability to solve practical problems and handle variables with limited standardization.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways, and common areas.
• Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• May be asked to help respond to resident emergencies.
