Job summary

Senior Lifestyle in Arkansas is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented team member to clean resident apartments, hallways and common areas, and assist in preparing apartments for move-ins.

No prior experience required; we train. Must communicate in English and maintain a positive demeanor with residents and coworkers; opportunities to respond to emergencies and contribute to a safe, welcoming community.

Qualifications

• No experience? No problem. We will train you.
• You need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
