Job summary

Friedman Management Company is looking for a dedicated individual to maintain cleanliness at Lincoln Towers Apartments in Springfield, IL. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, resident units, and performing light maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas and restrooms throughout the day.
• Gathering, washing, drying, folding, and returning laundry.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of resident units including wiping counters and cleaning toilets.
• Light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs.
• Performing all work in a safe manner.

Job Details

Location: Lincoln Towers Apartments - Springfield, IL 62701

Salary: $17.00 – $21.00 hourly

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas and restrooms throughout the day
• Gathering, washing, drying, folding, and returning laundry
• Maintaining the cleanliness of resident units – including but not limited to wiping counters, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning toilets, sinks, and showers
• Light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs and taking out trash
• Maintain proper levels of cleaning products
• Performing all work in a safe manner

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate for this position has a positive attitude
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 45 pounds
• Candidates must be comfortable interacting with others
