Aqua Aston Hospitality (AAH) is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to support our guests and Owners with memorable experiences in a supportive team.

As a Housekeeper, you will clean villas to high standards, replenish amenities, and report status while following safety procedures. AAH offers competitive pay, benefits, travel discounts, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability for varied shifts including weekends.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Basic English communication for guest interactions and safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean the entirety of villas (kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, bedrooms) to set standards.
• Replace guest amenities and replenish supplies according to standards.
• Report room status and any maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Carry and organize housekeeping supplies, transport cart, and manage work flow.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and guest service guidelines.

As a Housekeeper, a typical day will include:

• Clean the entirety of villas (I.E. Kitchens, Bathrooms, Dining Rooms, Bedrooms) according to standards.
• Complete assigned tasks (I.E. Rooms Board) within the scheduled shift.
• Replaces all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards.
• Reports room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk.
• Fill the Housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies, transport the cart to the rooms, and return the cart to the designated area at the end of the shift.
• Follows all company policies and procedures; reports any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Housekeeper at AAH:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
