Job summary

CIMA Senior Living in Sulphur Springs, TX, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our senior living community. This full-time role offers a 8:30AM–5:00PM schedule and pays $15.00 per hour, with duties including cleaning resident apartments and common areas, and supporting laundry tasks.

The successful candidate will maintain high cleanliness standards, follow infection control procedures, and contribute to a positive resident experience. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of cleaning and custodial experience.
• Physical ability to perform manual work.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine housekeeping duties: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident apartments, hallways, restrooms, dining areas, and common spaces.
• Ensure resident rooms are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and infection control standards.
• Assist with laundry services: washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests and support residents.
• Support a team-oriented environment delivering exceptional service and care.

What You'll Do:
