Job summary

WILSON'S CREEK NURSING & REHAB in Springfield, MO is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to join our caring team. You will perform cleaning duties in resident rooms, common areas, and laundry operations as trained.

Qualifications

• Healthcare or commercial housekeeping: 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms and common areas in the facility.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety in designated areas.
• Care for and operate laundry equipment as trained.
• Remove trash and soiled linens; manual lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Work as part of a team to deliver quality service.

WILSON'S CREEK NURSING & REHAB, located in Springfield, Missouri is currently seeking a housekeeper to join our team.

Housekeeper Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details
• Perform housekeeping duties in Resident rooms
• Responsible for cleaning common areas of the facility
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times
• Removal of trash & soiled linens. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds
• Must be able to work as a team member
• Solid work ethic, with initiative for quality and customer service
• Ability to learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment

Housekeeper Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Must be Reliable and Keep to a Schedule
• May Need to Work a Varied Schedule, as requested
• Healthcare or Commercial Laundry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
