Sunrise Senior Living in Springfield, VA is seeking a Housekeeper to create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and team members.

You will clean resident suites, bathrooms, common areas, and offices; handle laundry; store chemicals safely; and follow infection control standards while respecting privacy. This role supports dignity and safety for seniors and contributes to a positive living environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident suites, bathrooms, common areas, and offices
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas
• Clean and polish fixtures, furniture, and surfaces
• Knock before entering resident rooms and respect privacy
• Collect trash and maintain clean disposal areas
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute community laundry
• Inspect linens for wear and follow replacement procedures
• Store chemicals safely and follow infection control standards
• Keep carts, equipment, and hallways clear and compliant
