Responsibilities

• Maintain all public and common areas, including lobbies, restrooms, drinking fountains, and floors.
• Clean and sanitize resident rooms and bathrooms.
• Ensure handrails, walls, mirrors and fixtures are clean and debris-free.
• Empty trash and replace liners; sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Report resident safety concerns promptly to leadership and provide excellent resident service.
