Job summary

UnityPoint Health- St. Luke's - Downtown is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment. This role performs scheduled cleaning, responds to spills and emergencies, and ensures compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and infection control standards.

Evenings 2pm-10:30pm, full-time 40 hours per week, with rotating weekends and holidays. The Housekeeper completes required training, follows vaccination protocols, supports patient safety, and provides professional, courteous

Qualifications

• Any relevant experience in a housekeeping related position preferred.

• Perform scheduled and emergency cleaning, maintain equipment, and dispose of waste safely to ensure a hygienic environment
• Follow infection control, compliance, and safety protocols, complete required training, and support emergency operations
• Promote positive customer experiences through professional interactions with patients, visitors, and staff while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
