Grace Management, Inc. seeks a compassionate Housekeeper to clean common areas and resident rooms in a senior living community. You will follow procedures, ensure safety, and report changes in residents to supervision.
Responsibilities include dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, stocking supplies, and adhering to infection control techniques. Prior experience in hospitality or elder care is helpful; ability to lift 40 pounds and work in a team is required.
The Housekeeper is responsible for the cleaning of all common spaces and resident rooms. The Housekeeper must have the ability to follow proper procedures and practices. The Housekeeper must have a natural affinity for seniors and a genuine concern for their well-being. The Housekeeper also must be able to assess changes in residents and communicate the changes to management.
