• Spot clean walls and windows.
• Dust furniture and empty trash cans.
• Clean baseboards, pictures, lights and HVAC vents.
• Honor additional housekeeping requests from residents during allotted time.
• Assist with trash pickup and activity room set-ups, moving furniture as needed.
• Report pertinent information to management regarding residents’ well-being.
• Perform additional housekeeping tasks as necessary.

Legacies Village, located in beautiful Caledonia, MI, is looking for a Housekeeper to join our team! The right candidate will have previous housekeeping experience and have excellent communication skills. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the facility for our residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Clean all bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories and fixtures in apartment and common areas

• Vacuum carpeted areas and mop tile floors

• Spot clean walls and windows

• Dust furniture and empty trash cans

• Clean baseboards, pictures, lights and HVAC Vents

• Honor any additional housekeeping request made by the residents during the allotted time

• Assist with picking up trash

• Assist with activity room set-ups, will require movement of furniture

• Report any pertinent information to management directly related to the well-being of the resident

• Perform any additional housekeeping tasks as necessary
