Job summary

Americana Davison in Hartland, Maine is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain clean living spaces for residents. The ideal candidate has at least one year of housekeeping experience and strong English communication.

You will perform bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and assist with resident requests, report to management, and help with setup of activity rooms. We offer competitive pay, flexible hours, health insurance, and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Clean all bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories and fixtures in apartment and common areas.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and mop tile floors.
• Spot clean walls and windows.
• Dust furniture and empty trash cans.
• Clean baseboards, pictures, lights and HVAC vents.
• Honor residents' housekeeping requests within allotted time.
• Report pertinent information to management regarding resident well-being.
• Perform additional housekeeping tasks as necessary.

We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our growing team! The right candidate will have previous housekeeping experience and have excellent communication skills. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness for our residents.

• Assist with activity room set-ups, will require movement of furniture

• Perform any additional housekeeping tasks as necessary
