Job summary

Seal Rock Healthcare, part of the Atlantic Heights Community and under First Atlantic Healthcare, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

You will perform day-to-day cleaning tasks, follow environmental services guidelines, and may receive tuition assistance and a comprehensive benefits package as a full-time employee.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Prior cleaning or healthcare experience is a plus—and we are very happy to train!
• Knowledge: Learn about regulations and guidelines governing environmental services functions in the long-term care facility.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 30 lbs floor-to-waist, lift 10 lbs waist-to-shoulder, lift and carry 30 lbs, and push/pull 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping to ensure a clean, attractive, and safe environment for residents to live and staff to work.
• Follow environmental services guidelines and assist with resident and staff safety as part of the care team.
• Support a welcoming, respectful environment and maintain compliance with facility standards.

Hourly Rate $15.45 – $18.45
