Job summary

Pinnacle Hills Promenade is seeking a diligent maintenance attendant to clean and polish fixtures and surfaces, tidy common areas, and ensure restroom supplies are replenished. The role includes floor care, furniture cleaning, and light setup for events across offices and public spaces.

The position may involve using a personal mobile device for timekeeping and QA apps during work hours, plus occasional table/chair setup for meetings and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
• Cleans offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor
• Spot cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture
• Dusts furniture and equipment
• Polishes metalwork
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills
• Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area
• Replenishes bathroom supplies
• Delivers messages
• Transports small equipment or tools
• Sets up tables and chairs in meeting rooms, auditorium or hall
