Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and mopping resident areas and restrooms to keep a clean environment.
• Laundry Services: Assist with washing, folding, and distributing laundry for residents and staff as needed.
• Waste Management: Dispose of trash and recycling properly, keeping waste areas clean.
• Inventory Management: Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management of shortages.
• Safety & Sanitation: Follow all safety and sanitation protocols for a hygienic environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work with staff to ensure the facility is well‑maintained and residents are comfortable.
• Resident Engagement: Interact with residents in a friendly and respectful manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and mopping common areas, resident rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Laundry Services: Assist with washing, folding, and distributing laundry for residents and staff as needed.
• Waste Management: Dispose of trash and recycling materials properly, ensuring that waste areas are clean and organized.
• Inventory Management: Assist with maintaining and restocking cleaning supplies and equipment. Notify management of any supply shortages or equipment issues.
• Safety & Sanitation: Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure that the facility is well‑maintained and residents are comfortable.
• Resident Engagement: Engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
