Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, reaching).
• Comfortable working with cleaning agents and equipment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and furnishings to brand standards.
• Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies.
• Make beds, change linens, and vacuum floors.
• Maintain organized and stocked carts and storage areas.
• Report maintenance needs and lost items.
• Communicate room status and guest feedback to supervisors.
• Provide friendly, professional service to all guests.
• Follow safety and cleaning protocols, including use of chemicals.
