Base pay range

$300 Bonus at 90 days; $700 Bonus at 1-year anniversary.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in all areas of the community.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as cleaning floors, carpets, furnishings, resident rooms, walls, windows, and baseboards.
• Assist in setting up community spaces and respond to residents’ needs.
• Report repairs, supply needs, accidents, and incidents promptly.
• Ensure confidentiality and respect residents' rights.
• Keep equipment and storage areas clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of housekeeping experience preferred.
