White Lodging in Richmond, VA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, sanitary, and inviting. You will perform routine housekeeping tasks, restock supplies, and assist with safety and quality checks to maintain a premier guest experience.

The role emphasizes reliable, detail-oriented service with a focus on efficiency, adaptability to busy shifts, and commitment to exceeding guests’ expectations. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must provide high level guest service and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Reliable and dependable in completing housekeeping tasks.
• Detail-oriented approach to room cleanliness and safety.
• One year of cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Completion of housekeeping training with certification sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality service to guests by anticipating and exceeding expectations.
• Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling.
• Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms.
• Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart.
• Self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to Supervisor after completion.
• Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe property.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do
