Job summary

Merrill Gardens at Renton Centre in Renton, WA is seeking a Senior Living Housekeeper to maintain clean, welcoming living spaces for residents and guests. You will clean resident apartments and common areas and contribute to a safe, comfortable environment.

The role emphasizes friendly, attentive service and collaboration with other team members to support daily operations and resident well-being. A high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of housekeeping experience are preferred, with CPR/First

• One to two years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment, preferred.
• Experience working with seniors or in a customer service focused environment helpful.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly cleaning and providing daily upkeep of resident apartments and common areas.
• Providing a high level of customer service to all residents and guests.
• Reports needed supplies to appropriate designee and coordinates housekeeping services with other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.

If you are someone with:

• High school diploma or GED. (Must be at least 18 years of age.)
• One to two years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment, preferred.
• Experience working with seniors or in a customer service focused environment helpful.
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.

Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 90 lbs), pushing/pulling, and other physical activities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
