Responsibilities

• Keep building and grounds clean and sanitized.
• Keep walkways/entranceways clear and safe during weather emergencies.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, vacuum, wax and buff floors; clean restrooms and common areas.
• Perform property checks to maintain security and monitor pager system.
• Respond to resident emergencies with care and compassion.
• Address cleaning needs of the facility in a timely, professional manner.
• Perform minor repairs (unclogging toilets, changing lightbulbs).
• Report system failures or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Provide high-quality service to residents and families.
