Job description

The Housekeeper is responsible for housekeeping, janitorial duties, and light routine maintenance of facilities in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly clean floors, walls, hallways, windows, appliances, light fixtures, furniture, and restrooms.
• Maintain laundry center facilities, including cleaning dryer vents.
• Clean amenity areas such as the pool deck, fitness center, kitchens, and clubroom.
• Assist in cleaning vacant apartments as needed.
• Assist in handling minor routine maintenance repairs.
• Assist with snow removal.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or maintenance preferred.
• Able to work overtime and respond to emergency calls.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residency.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand English.
