Job summary

RegalCare at Quincy is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment for residents. You will perform cleaning of rooms, restock supplies, and help ensure comfort for patients and families.

Flexibility in shifts (days, evenings, nights) is required. No prior experience is needed, and training will be provided. A strong attention to detail and customer service orientation are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain patient and resident rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and dusting surfaces.
• Restock supplies and amenities, such as toiletries and towels.
• Empty trash and recyclables, and disinfect high-touch areas.
• Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and break rooms.
• Respond to special requests and concerns from patients, residents, and families.
• Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of patient and resident information.
