Provides excellentBenefits:Competitive PayMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program with free counseling for employees401KPTO & Sick leaveCareer growth opportunitiesDuties/Responsibilities:Cleans/polishes furnishings, fixtures, ledges, room heating/cooling units, etc., in residents’ rooms, and the community’s living/recreational areas, etc., as instructed.Cleans, washes, sanitizes and/or polishes bathroom fixtures and ensures that all water marks are removed from fixtures.Cleans floors, to include: sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting etc., as instructed, and always ensures that CAUTION/SAFETY signs are properly set-up PRIOR to performing such duties.Cleans carpets, to include: vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting, as instructed.Cleans walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing etc., as instructed.Removes dirt, dust, grease, film etc., from surfaces using proper cleaning/disinfecting solutions.Cleans hallways as necessary or instructed.Disposes of waste/trash into proper containers and re-lines trash receptacles with plastic liners.Qualifications:Experience in housekeeping in a healthcare setting is a plusExperience in customer service is highly desiredUpbeat and positive team player attitudeStrong judgment and solutions-orientedA big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents
