Job summary

Dimensions Living Green Bay is hiring a compassionate Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and comfort in our senior living community. This role emphasizes attention to detail, safe cleaning practices, and respect for residents and colleagues.

You will support daily living by keeping apartments and common areas spotless while following established protocols. The position offers a 32-hour workweek with day shifts and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and operate cleaning equipment safely.
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications on hire.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments and common areas (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces).
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces.
• Manage laundry services for linens and clothing.
• Restock supplies and maintain storage areas.
• Collaborate with care staff to meet resident needs.

As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our senior living community. About the Role:

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning resident apartments and common areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces

• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to ensure a healthy and pleasant environment

• Managing laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and personal clothing

• Restocking housekeeping supplies and maintaining storage areas

• Supporting resident well-being by maintaining a clean and safe environment

• Collaborating with care staff and other departments to meet resident needs

What You'll Bring:

• Experience and skills in housekeeping, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting (training provided for the right candidate!)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols

• Positive attitude and excellent time management skills

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry throughout a full shift

• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and use housekeeping equipment safely

• Willingness to complete required training and safety certifications upon hire

Dimensions Living Green Bay offers a competitive salary range of $15.5 - $18 HOURLY.
