Dimensions Living Green Bay is seeking a compassionate Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and comfort in our senior living community. The role emphasizes a safe, welcoming environment and supports resident well-being through clean, well-maintained spaces.

The position is 32 hours per week with day shift hours and no weekend work. Training is provided for the right candidate, and opportunities for ongoing training and career growth are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.
• Positive attitude and excellent time management.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to complete required training and safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments and common areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, mop and disinfect surfaces.
• Manage laundry services including washing, drying and folding linens and personal clothing.
• Restock housekeeping supplies and maintain storage areas.
• Support resident well-being by maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Collaborate with care staff and other departments to meet resident needs.

About the Role:

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for:

What You'll Bring:

• Experience and skills in housekeeping, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting (training provided for the right candidate!)

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry throughout a full shift

• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and use housekeeping equipment safely

• Willingness to complete required training and safety certifications upon hire

Dimensions Living Green Bay offers a competitive salary range of $15.5 - $18 HOURLY.
