Job summary

Tarentino Properties is seeking an Apartment Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of residents' apartments and common areas as assigned. This temporary position has potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs.

The role involves cleaning apartments, hallways and common areas, preparing units for move-in, and participating in annual cleaning schedules. Safety with cleaning chemicals and attention to resident concerns are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.

Requirements
