Job Duties

Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining hotel facilities, including hotel rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public areas. Daily tasks include vacuuming, changing sheets and towels, emptying wastebaskets, dusting, and scrubbing floors. Housekeepers also survey rooms after checkout for damages or missing items and report issues to management. They assist guests with their needs and greet them politely. Housekeepers should be aware of hotel events to answer guest questions. They must adhere to all policies in the employee handbook and complete any additional tasks assigned by management.
