Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain villas to our high cleanliness standards. You will clean kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms and bedrooms to ensure memorable experiences for Owners and guests.

As part of MVW, you will restock guest amenities, manage supplies, and report room status to supervisors. The role requires weekend/holiday availability and physical stamina; on-site benefits and competitive pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping duties and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean the entirety of villas (kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, bedrooms) according to standards.
• Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift.
• Replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards.
• Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk.
• Fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies/chemicals, transport the cart to the room, and return the cart to the designated area at the end of the shift.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents.

To Become a Housekeeper at MVW:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance .
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
