Fellowship Square is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our senior living facility. The role focuses on keeping resident areas clean, safe, and comfortable while providing compassionate service to residents and staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning, laundry assistance, and adhering to health and safety protocols. This is a full-time position with benefits and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive, faith-based community.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles, preferably in senior living or healthcare settings.
• Able to follow instructions and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull items up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in common areas, resident rooms, and bathrooms.
• Ensure dining areas, hallways, offices, and facility spaces are clean and tidy.
• Manage cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Assist with laundry services (washing, drying, folding, storing linens).
• Report cleanliness or resident needs concerns to the team.

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our team at Fellowship Square, a welcoming and supportive senior living facility. • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting common areas, resident rooms, and bathrooms.


• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, hallways, offices, and other facility spaces.


• Manage cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.


• Follow all safety and health protocols to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.


• Provide exceptional service to residents and staff while maintaining respect for their privacy and comfort.


• Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and personal items.


• Report any concerns or issues related to the facility’s cleanliness and resident needs to the appropriate team members.


• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience, preferably in a senior living facility, healthcare setting, or similar environment preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.


• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.


• Good communication skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with residents.


• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Must be able to lift, push, and pull items of at least 25 pounds.


• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive and professional attitude.
