Fellowship Square in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure a clean, safe environment for residents in our senior living community. Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, especially in senior living, healthcare, or similar settings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Good communication skills with residents.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift/pull/push at least 25 pounds.
• Reliable, punctual, professional.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting) in common areas, resident rooms, and bathrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, hallways, offices, and facility spaces.
• Manage cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Follow safety and health protocols to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Provide courteous service to residents and staff while respecting privacy.
• Assist with laundry: wash, dry, fold, and store linens and personal items.
• Report concerns related to cleanliness and resident needs to the team.

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting common areas, resident rooms, and bathrooms.
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, hallways, offices, and other facility spaces.
• Manage cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety and health protocols to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Provide exceptional service to residents and staff while maintaining respect for their privacy and comfort.
• Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and personal items.
• Report any concerns or issues related to the facility’s cleanliness and resident needs to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience, preferably in a senior living facility, healthcare setting, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
