Solaris HealthCare Pensacola is seeking compassionate individuals to ensure cleanliness and hygiene for residents. The role involves various tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. A high school diploma is required, and experience in healthcare is preferred.
The primary purpose of your job is to perform cleaning, trash removal, laundry, and related tasks for residents and staff in the nursing center, in accordance with federal, state, local standards, guidelines, regulations, and Solaris HealthCare’s policies and procedures.
Ensure facility cleaning procedures are followed, including cleaning furniture, floors, cubicle curtains, disinfecting commonly touched areas, bathrooms, etc. Check rooms for stains and clean as needed. Replenish soaps, sanitizers, toilet paper, and paper towels daily. Dust over bed lights, A/C vents, and exhaust vents in resident rooms and common areas. Report damages to your supervisor. Perform other duties such as laundry or floor tech work as assigned. Follow cleaning procedures for resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices. At the end of each shift, ensure chemicals and products are replenished and carts are tidy.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
