HOUSEKEEPER - FULL-TIME

Flexible Schedule - 30 Hours/Week

Essential Job Functions:

• Clean assigned resident apartments and common areas according to community procedures.
• Keep housekeeping carts and supply rooms clean and orderly.
• Understand the proper use of community equipment/chemicals.
• Submit maintenance work orders of general maintenance concerns and/or problems to Maintenance Director or Executive Director.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of Housekeeping experience required.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Must be able to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry, and/orstand for extended periods of time.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
