Job Title: Housekeeper

Position Overview:

This role involves maintaining cleanliness and safety within our 302-unit community, Muse. It's an excellent opportunity for career growth in property management.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general housekeeping and grounds cleanup duties.
• Keep sidewalks clear of trash, debris, snow, and ice.
• Report safety risks or repair concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; at least two months of related experience or training.
• Ability to lift heavy items.
• Basic reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to understand and follow safety instructions and labels on cleaning solutions and equipment.
• Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range is TBD. We offer a competitive package including 401(k) match, rental incentives, bonuses, and discounts. Full-time employees working 30-40 hours/week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits, plus vacation and sick time.
