Opportunity: Housekeeper - Oklahoma City, OK

Days/Hours Required: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

We are seeking a Housekeeper for our 302-unit community, Muse. This role offers a great opportunity for career growth in property management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning and performing general housekeeping and grounds clean-up duties.
• Keeping sidewalks clear of trash, debris, snow, and ice.
• Reporting safety risks or repair concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; at least two months of related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to lift heavy items.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, memos, and labels.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Understanding of cleaning solutions and equipment labels and proper use.
• Ability to apply common sense regarding safety and instructions.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime if required.

Salary range is TBD. We offer competitive benefits, including 401(k) match, rental incentives, bonuses, and discounts. Full-time employees working 30-40 hours per week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, and vacation accrual. Sick time is provided as per law.
