Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols.

• Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and mopping common areas, resident rooms, and restrooms.
• Laundry Services: Washing, folding, and distributing laundry for residents and staff as needed.
• Waste Management: Dispose of trash and recycling materials properly, keeping waste areas clean and organized.
• Inventory Management: Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management of shortages or issues.
• Safety & Sanitation: Follow all safety protocols to ensure a clean, hygienic environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work with staff to keep the facility well-maintained and residents comfortable.
• Resident Engagement: Interact with residents in a friendly and respectful manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and mopping common areas, resident rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and safe environment.
