As a Benchmark housekeeper, your main responsibilities will include maintaining a safe and clean community environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Your duties will involve laundering towels, bed linens, and resident laundry, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments.

• Thoroughly clean all assigned resident apartments as scheduled, including bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness standards for elevators, halls, stairways, activity areas, lobbies, and model units.
• Keep the laundry room organized and store chemicals safely.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred, but training will be provided.
• Knowledge of proper biohazardous waste handling practices.
