### **Job Description**

We have a full-time position available for a Housekeeper. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the community, including offices, models, clubhouse, lobbies, laundry room, common areas, and grounds. The Housekeeper works under the supervision of the Property Manager and Service Manager.

1. Obtain lists of vacant units needing immediate cleaning and prospective checkouts to prepare work assignments.
2. Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
3. Maintain daily cleanliness of the clubhouse and common areas.
4. Care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company.
5. Clean and polish lighting fixtures, solid surfaces, and trim; clean restrooms, lobbies, elevators, stairways.
6. Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
7. Respond courteously and efficiently at all times.
8. Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
9. Know and adhere to management and community policies.
10. Report any defects or deficiencies observed during work to the Property Manager for repairs.
11. Perform other duties as deemed necessary and safe under supervision.

### **Qualifications**

While performing duties, the employee must:

1. Stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel.
2. Reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
3. Frequently sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
4. Frequently lift objects as required.
