Primary Duties

• Perform routine guest room cleaning and meet labor standards, maintaining public areas.
• Assist guests with hotel amenities and services to enhance their experience and revenue.
• Help with laundry and communicate maintenance needs to the management team.
• Follow emergency procedures to ensure safety and security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements

• Climbing stairs and ladders as needed.
• Performing tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods.
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
